The artform of walking as a form of transportation has been almost lost completely in our modern way of life but not for the highland peoples of Bolivia. This image reminds us how we once navigated from one place to another... on foot.

Here these women casually stroll to their next destination without haste or the pressure to arrive at a particular time. Their conversations can almost be heard in this piece and keep us wondering about a slower pace, shared with friends along the camino.
