Starting on Nov 01, 2023 ALL SALES ARE FINAL (except under rare circumstances) due to the nature of our current clearance event both in our NEW POP UP SHOP at 304 Westminster Ave. Venice, CA 90291 as well as our current online sales.

OLDER / REGULAR POLICY

UWe hope that you love your items from Yanapuma Shop Venice Showroom + Yanapuma Shop Online Experience. However, if you are not completely inspired by your purchase, you may exchange "most" undamaged, unaltered, unwashed, and unused item(s) with the original or gift receipt for a different size, color, style or new product/s altogether as a non-expiring STORE CREDIT.
 
All exchanges which require shipping are at the expense of client and the item/s must be exchanged in the original condition received in, including free of strong odors including, but not limited to, smoke and perfume.
 
Please note that all of our products are carefully photographed and gross irregularity from the photo will not be accepted and the original item will be returned to the client at customer expense.
 
We ask that all exchanges be initiated within 48 hours of receipt of purchased item/s to the degree that is possible. If your item was a gift, please contact us and we will do our best to honor your exchange.
 
Exchanged items can be returned to Yanapuma Shop Venice Showroom at 304 Westminster Ave. Venice, CA 90291 or shipped to our private warehouse in Venice, CA 90291 USA. PLEASE CONTACT US PRIOR TO SHIPPING AN EXCHANGE.
 
The item/s must be received by Yanapuma Shop within 10 business days from the date Yanapuma accepts the initiated exchange and has processed an order for new item/s or store credit via Gift Card.
 

Once the exchanged item/s are received by Yanapuma Shop, inspected and qualified returned item/s as acceptable, Yanapuma Shop will ship new item/s the following week, during regularly scheduled pack+shipments. Exchanged item/s will be shipped at clients expense and Yanapuma Shop will charge or refund any monetary differences (including shipping) to the clients account on file. Expedited shipping may be requested at the clients expense.

 

WHY WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS

We apologize for any inconvenience but due to the intimate nature of our shop, our team and our product collections we are not able to process purchase returns as refunds, only online STORE CREDIT.

Yanapuma products are either handmade or processed using traditional mechanisms and generally, one-of-a-kind. We are also a very petite business, working harmoniously within our means and accountable to self, family and community.

Furthermore, we trade often in highly fragile materials so we do our best to minimize the shipping processes.

Due to their delicate nature, many rare items are not eligible for exchange and are Final Sale - even though they may not have been marked “final”.
