For this bar, hibiscus flowers harvested by the indigenous community Numa Gamaa Ski Yu Me'Phaa together with perfectly roasted cacao beans and sugar create a delicate, fruity flavor which is fresh and satisfying to the palette.
Ingredients: Cacao beans, Cane sugar, Dried Hibiscus flowers from the Creole Hibiscus tree. A tree which was introduced by the Spanish on the Pacific route from Manila to Acapulco. Known for being particularly robust and aromatic.
